Fremont Municipal Airport
Airport The airport is owned by the City of Fremont with a 6,350 ft x 100 ft main runway capable of accommodating corporate jets. There are approximately 50 aircraft based here as well as a local chapter of the Civil Air Patrol. Fremont Aviation is contracted as a fixed based operator.

Aircraft Rentals
There is a Cessna 152 and a Cessna 172 available for rental. Currently, the Cessna 152 rents for $85.00 per hour and the Cessna 172 rents for $115.00 per hour.
Flight Training
Private instruction is available for $25 per hour ($27 per hour if it is in your aircraft). Instrument training is $27 per hour and ground school is $15 per hour. The charge for Bi-annual flight review is $60 per hour.
Funding
Any major improvements are 95% funded by federal aviation fuel taxes, 2% by state funds and 3% by local funding. Daily operational costs are covered by airport rental fees.
