Each April, the Friends hold a Book Sale at the City Auditorium. The money raised is used to support the Keene Memorial Library’s programs and collection development.
A dedicated group of Friends meet regularly to sort through the donated materials, grouping them into subject areas for easier browsing at the sale.
The 2010 Friends Book Sale is scheduled for April 8th-11th - with a special members only preview on the Thursday of the sale. (You can join on site if you haven't already sent in your membership!) Hours for the 2010 Sale:
