Fremont Police Department


The Fremont Police Department (FPD) is the primary law enforcement agency for the City of Fremont, Nebraska. With 39 full-time police officers and 10 support staff members, the department is responsible for a population of 27,370 people and a land area of 10.67 square miles.

Units


FPD operates a five-person detective bureau.

In addition to sworn police officers, dispatch, and office personnel; the Fremont Police Department has community service officers, a school resource officer, a mental health co-responder, an Emergency Response Unity (ERU), and the III Corps Drug Task Force.
