To make the intersection at North Somers Ave and West 23rd St as safe as possible while the signal is intermittently not functioning, the Street Department has covered all overhead traffic signals for the time being. This intersection will remain a 4 way stop until repairs have been completed. Public safety is our main concern and crews are working to place additional signs.
