The City of Fremont, and Western Engineering, will begin an asphalt overlay project on Monday, Sept. 29, at 8:30 a.m., starting at Lincoln Avenue (weather permitting).
- No on-street parking will be allowed during the overlay.
- Driveway access may be briefly limited.
