The City of Fremont is conducting a community-wide survey to assist with prioritizing potential projects for the downtown revitalization development plan. With development of the plan, the City will apply for the Phase II Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

The two-question survey related to potential Phase II implementation projects can be accessed through the link below. The survey also is available at the Main Street office at 338 North Main Street. All surveys must be completed by Friday, January 13.
