The City of Fremont is partnering with the Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District (NENEDD) to administer and process all applications. On Tuesday, April 3 from noon until 6:30 pm, NENEDD staff will be available on the second floor of the Municipal Building at 400 E. Military Avenue to answer any questions you have.
