[ARCHIVED] Rental Rehabilitation informational meetings

On December 18, 2012, at 3:30 and 6:00 pm, the City of Fremont along with the Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District, will hold informational meetings at Keene Memorial Library, located at 1030 North Board, to discuss the rental rehabilitation program for the targeted comprehensive revitalization area. Please see the below ad or the ad in the December 4, or December 11, publication of the Fremont Area Shopper for a map of the target area. Through program funds, landlords could receive a forgivable loan for up to $25,000 to be used for revitalization efforts such as: weatherization, roofing, siding, foundations, electrical work, plumbing, insulation, windows and more.
