[ARCHIVED] Notice to City of Fremont License Holders

In an effort to control costs, the City Clerk’s office will not send out renewal letters for City of Fremont licenses. All holders of electric, plumbing, mechanical, water conditioning, forestry, onsite wastewater treatment, house moving, cement work, excavate work, and asphalt work licenses will need to renew their licenses based on the expiration date on their card.

Electric and Forestry licenses expire December 31st.

Plumbing, Mechanical, Water Conditioning, Onsite Wastewater Treatment, House Moving, Cement Work, Asphalt Work, Excavation Work licenses expire March 31st.

All renewal information, including any necessary applications and/or forms, can be found at Go to Business, License/Permits, Contractors and find the appropriate type of license.

All licensing, once all requirements have been satisfied, can be completed on the first floor, Municipal Building, 400 East Military on Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Licenses may also be renewed via the mail.
