Please be advised that effective May 1, 2015 the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission requires local approval with application for a Special Designated Permit. They also require the application, along with local approval, to them 10 days prior to the event. This is a change to the process for obtaining a Special Designated Permit and may impact your ability to obtain a permit. Please contact the City Clerk at 402.727.2633 for details. The City Clerk is proposing administrative approval for applications at the April 28th City Council meeting to minimize the impact of this rule change to those needing a Special Designated Permit to service alcohol at their function/event.
