The City of Fremont Building Department has a new automated building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, cement permit software program, NaviLine! This software has created new applications and new processes for submitting applications and requesting inspections, but it will help make things easier for you, the contractor! A packet of information, see below, can be downloaded and printed and will help provide guidance for our new processes and applications.
