The City of Fremont Municipal Building remains open at this time. Please respect the social distancing requirements of six feet between people and no more than 10 persons in one room. Areas are marked on the floor to designate the spacing requirements. Customers may have to wait outside the building in order to comply with this mandate.

The Utility drive-thru is open for paying bills and other Utility business. Two lanes are open for your convenience Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Customers are urged to pay utility bills on-line through Click-2-Gov, mail, the drive-thru, and the drop box on the north side of the Municipal Building at 400 East Military Avenue.

We understand that some customers may experience challenges paying their utility bills. The City will not be shutting off utilities for non-payment at this time. Customers are encouraged to continue making regular monthly payments. Disconnect notices for past due accounts still will be mailed as reminders of unpaid balances. Late payment fees on utility bills will be waived during this time.

Customers needing to apply for permits or applications for development plans are urged to utilize the online services here.

Reduce the spread of COVID-19. Utilize online or mail services whenever possible. Do not enter a facility if you are feeling ill or may have been exposed to COVID-19. Stay home when you are sick. Wash your hands frequently.
