Application and termination requests for utility services can be handled in person in the Utility Customer Service Department or online using the links above.
The Customer Service Department is located at 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.
Customers applying for service must be at least 19 years of age and present a valid, government issued, photo ID.
An application fee of $35.00 is due for each application. A deposit may also be required. There is no fee to request termination of service.
