Pawn Broker Licensing

Anyone desiring to operate a Pawn Broker business in the City of Fremont must meet the following criteria:

• City application (PDF) with Police Department approval
• United States Citizenship Attestation Form (PDF) completed
• $50.00 per year fee due January 1
• $5,000 bond naming the City of Fremont
• Certificate of liability naming the City of Fremont as additional insured
